New Project: Running Lantern

This April, we're building a complete game - from first prototype to final build - in just one month.

The goal is simple:
Create a small, atmospheric experience that stands on its own, gives us room to experiment, and can be fully completed in weeks rather than months.

Throughout development, we’ll share short devlogs covering core challenges and ideas:
procedural maze generation, network interpolation for multiplayer, input systems across devices, and more.

We’re calling the game:


Running Lantern

An atmospheric maze-runner where you control a living lantern dashing through absolute darkness.
You can only see what your light reveals — everything else is hidden in the unknown.
You're not alone in the maze, but everyone runs for themselves. To escape, you’ll need to outrun the others and trust your light — fear leads nowhere.
